These general terms and conditions will expressly regulate the commercial relations between The organizer of the event (hereinafter, THE ORGANIZER) and users who purchase the products offered through all-in.events/en/name-of-the-event
Users are informed that THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions, while respecting, the general conditions in force at the time of contracting or purchase by the user, in all cases.
These terms and conditions have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 on Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services, of Law 7/1998 on General Contracting Conditions, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users in its latest amendment contained in Law 3/2014 of March 27, Law 7/1996 on Retail Commerce and various legal provisions resulting from its application.
With the acceptance of the terms and conditions, the user states to know and accept the procedures set out here, as necessary to proceed with the purchase.
The user is informed that All In provides the ticket sales service through the on-line platform owned by All In The Venue, S.L. (hereinafter All In). These general terms and conditions exclusively affect THE ORGANIZER and the user who purchases products and services through the application of All In (all-in.events/ en/name-of-the-event). The user is informed that these conditions may be subject to particular or special contract conditions that extend or replace those present, on behalf of THE ORGANIZER. In any case, these particular conditions can be consulted via THE ORGANIZER’s website.
On the event organizer’s website, all users will be able to visualize the totality of products offered for purchase, classified into categories and subcategories. By clicking on each, the user will be able to access a complete file, featuring a small description of the event or product. Users are informed that all data provided in the description of events or products are based on information provided by suppliers.
All prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT but no other taxes. These prices will be valid at all times, except in the case of incidental spelling errors.
THE ORGANIZER is not responsible for the purchase of products by users who do not comply with the rules of the promoter, or with the regulations in force that cover contracting of minors Accessing and operating through this website, implies that whomever does so has the necessary legal capacity to contract and oblige themselves.
THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to alter or modify the event or product for which a ticket is purchased, at any given time.
The user is informed that the tickets can only be purchased from the ticket offices at authorized sales points or through the website all-in.events/en/name-of-the-event. Likewise, the user is informed that once the ticket has been purchased, it cannot be exchanged or returned.
The user is solely responsible for the correct use and conservation of the ticket, so any amendment, breakage or evidence of falsification or manipulation will authorize the organization to withhold access.

THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to refuse admission to those persons who breach these terms and conditions of use or who generate or may generate a situation of risk and especially to the possessor of any ticket that has been tampered with or falsified. The detection of any fraudulent use of the ticket will be treated in accordance with existing legislation.
Any person who accesses the events will be liable for damages of any nature that the organization may directly or indirectly suffer, as a consequence of the breach of any of the obligations derived from these terms.
THE ORGANIZER will respect existing legislation at all times, and will be entitled to interrupt the Services at its sole discretion, or to exclude the user from the services in case of presumed complete or partial committing of any of the offenses or violation penalized by the Criminal Code, as well as of any breach of the conditions of use of this website or behaviour contrary to morals, public order, customs or internal rules or that may damage the image, credibility and/or prestige of THE ORGANIZER or its collaborators.
The user will be provided with a simple registration method through Facebook the social network, in which the his/her active email address for said social network and the password to access it will be requested.
In order to proceed with the purchase of single tickets or related products, the user must click on "Buy", once the amount of the product for purchase has been indicated. Once this process has been completed, the user will be redirected to a purchase confirmation screen (or shopping cart) where products pending payment can be previewed, and which will be updated as products or services are added. From there, users can choose between continuing to buy or confirming an order.
In the "Cart" or "Basket" summary screen, the user may make use of any discount voucher that THE ORGANIZER provides deriving from any promotion, giveaway or other circumstance. To validate this, users must click on "Buy or Redeem" to view the discount in the price breakdown, as long as it remains valid according to its specific conditions.
When the user has finalized his/her shopping list, he/she must click on the "Confirm Order" button found in the lower part of the purchase breakdown. From this point on, users must complete the information as requested, as well as indicate their chosen payment method.
The user, in turn, can acquire multi-ticket subscriptions to get discounts on the ticket price. The subscription is purchased separately from single tickets and is made from the "My Account" section. Once the user is registered or has accessed the system, he/she can buy the subscription by clicking on the corresponding "Buy" button.
Next, users must to fill out the information required for the purchase, as requested, as well as indicate a chosen payment method. Once payment is confirmed, the user will be redirected to the "My Account" section. There, he/she will visualize the available balance according to the price or entry subscription purchased and which is valid for the exchange of products and / or services. We emphasize that multiple tickets to an event can only be exchanged for tickets to that particular event.
Next, and provided that individual tickets are available for sale, the user can use his/her ticket balance to redeem tickets using the process described above for the purchase of single tickets, but by selecting the" Redeem" option rather than “Buy”.
Once the "Redeem" option has been selected, the corresponding tickets will be subtracted from the personal balance, taking into account that the balance generated by the purchase of credits does not serve to obtain related products. In addition, THE ORGANIZER decides, for each event, how many tickets can be exchanged for a session. THE ORGANIZER also has the power to decide if the user can redeem the available balance for a specific event or if it can be exchanged for a subscription, or not.
The user may also purchase products related to a session, with the purchase process being identical to the aforementioned single ticket purchasing process
Payment can be made via credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express). The user may choose the payment method at the end of the purchase, and both payment methods will be subject to the following conditions:
Payment by debit or credit card will be made through a payment gateway managed by a bank with a secure server certified according to SSL protocol. The bank details entered are encrypted and transmitted securely to the bank and are subsequently verified with the issuing bank to avoid possible fraud and abuse. All In does not receive the bank details or those of the credit or debit card used to make the purchase.
When the amount of the purchase has been charged fraudulently or improperly using the payment card number, it will entitle the buyer to demand immediate cancellation of the charge. However, if the purchase had actually been made by the cardholder and the refund requirement was not a consequence of having exercised the right of withdrawal or resolution, the former will be liable to the employer for compensation for damages caused as a consequence of said cancellation.
Once the payment method has been selected and the order has been finalized, an email will be sent to the user confirming the order.
One the purchase process is finalized, the user will receive a confirmation email, which will indicate the different options for collecting or obtaining tickets.
The user is informed that the All In is not responsible for the contents transmitted, disseminated or made available to third parties, except in cases where required by current legislation or when required by a competent Judicial or Administrative Authority.
The subtotal of acquired tickets will not be refunded for reasons attributable to the buyer. The inability to attend an event or show or errors made when purchasing the tickets will not be grounds for their return.
All In and THE ORGANIZER are not responsible for the loss or theft of the ticket.
The cancellation, of all or some of the activities due to unforeseen causes or force majeure, will result in the refund of the entrance fee.
The partial cancellation of the activities due to unforeseen causes or force majeure, will result in a partial refund of the entrance fee.
The organizer may decide, in case of partial cancellation of the activities due to unforeseen causes or force majeure, to exchange the ticket for another of the same value for another session of the same cycle.
If THE ORGANIZER cancels the event in advance, due to circumstances not listed in these terms and conditions, it will return the full amount of the ticket.
The user is informed that these conditions may be subject to particular or special contract conditions by THE ORGANIZER that extend or replace those present. In any case, these particular conditions can be consulted on the THE ORGANIZER’s website.

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law, which will also be applicable to all other elements not provided in this contract, in terms of interpretation, validity and execution.
